Brenda Mills brings decades of purpose-driven leadership across policy, public service, and inclusion and belonging. Raised in North Carolina and rooted in community organizing, Brenda earned a B.S. in Industrial Relations from UNC-Chapel Hill and a Master of Public Affairs from Western Carolina University, along with a Project Management Certification. Her career spans more than 33 years in civil rights enforcement, government leadership, and economic development.
