What Happens After You Complete the Diagnostic

Once your results are finalized, you will have the opportunity to review your findings during an Executive Debrief with CDG.

During your Executive Debrief, you will:

  • Review your Diagnostic score and readiness level
  • Examine priority exposure areas
  • Discuss the structural implications for your leadership team
  • Explore a phased path forward, if appropriate
