The Carter Development Group, LLC offers a 12- Session Executive Coaching program focused on four major content areas. Sessions move according to the needs of the clients. Thus, the topics are flexible and serve as a guide. Our executive leadership and conflict coaching program has produced transformational results for numerous clients, helping them excel in their industry. The curriculum includes handouts, materials, media resources, and Growthwork (Homework) with each session.

  • Date range: 6 months

  • Sessions are 60 minutes

  • Location: in person, via Microsoft Teams/Zoom, or via phone

  • Telephone and email access throughout coaching period
